The basement has a large family room with separate pool table room.  The high-lite of the basement is the wet bar with the pass through window in to the pool table room.  There is also a full size refrigerator and stove/cook top in the wet bar.  The basement boasts three more bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed in it.  The second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom offers 2 queen beds.  The large lot on the lake side will be sure to please everyone with plenty of space for yard games.  Step onto the dock and enjoy the water with plenty of lake toys to suite all ages.
