Jacobs Lefse Bakeri

In 1972 John & Bernice Jacobs came up with the idea of a cloth covered pastry board for making lefse. For the past 40 years the Jacobs family has continued to make pastry boards and other lefse related items.

They do 25 – 30 shows each year demonstrating lefse making and selling our lefse along with the pastry boards and other related items.

We now have a lefse bakery and Scandinavian gift shop in Osakis, MN. If you are ever in the area stop in and say hello.
