Legacy of the Lakes Museum

Legacy of the Lakes Museum, formerly the Minnesota Lakes Maritime Museum, is dedicated to preserving and telling Minnesota’s lake history. There are exhibits covering topics such as Alexandria Boat Works, Larson boats, the history of Chris-Craft and Gar Wood boats, duck boats, Resorts & Grand Hotel history, as well as vintage fishing gear, lures and memorabilia.

The exhibits and their content change frequently as new artifacts are given, or loaned, to the museum and put on display.
